A set of stills is usually one to two weeks. A short product film runs three to five weeks depending on shot count and how much motion is involved. The clock starts when your asset pack is complete, not when the deposit clears.

A CAD or 3D file if you have one - it is the single most useful thing you can send, and it usually takes days off the schedule. Alongside it: product photographs from several angles, including close-ups of any surface that is textured, printed, machined or brushed; exact colour and finish codes; and any brand material such as the logo in vector, fonts and packaging artwork. References help too - three to five images of the look you want, and one or two of what you want to avoid. If there is no CAD file we model from photographs instead, and that is scoped as extra time before work starts, never billed as a surprise.

We work remotely with brands worldwide and time zones have never been a constraint. Invoicing is in EUR from Lithuania. VAT is not chargeable: for clients outside the EU the place of supply is outside the European Union, and for EU business clients the reverse charge applies.

Included in the fee: one round of 3D revisions, two rounds of sound design revisions, and two rounds of 2D graphics revisions. 2D graphics means flat, screen-space elements only - on-screen text, titles, logos and lower thirds. Anything in the 3D scene, including animated 3D elements, falls under the 3D round.

A round is one consolidated list of change requests sent at once, so several small changes count as a single round. A request that needs shots rebuilt, relit or re-animated is scoped separately. Work beyond the included rounds is charged at the studio day rate of EUR 600 per production day, estimated and approved in writing before it starts.

Stills come as print-resolution TIFF or PNG with transparency where useful, plus web-optimised JPG and WebP. Film is delivered as a master file plus a compressed version for social, and a square crop for social feeds is included at no charge if you ask at kick-off. Source files are released together with the final masters.

Review copies are watermarked throughout the project. Final masters and source files are released on receipt of payment, or on a remittance advice confirming the transfer, and usage rights transfer to you on payment in full.

Per project, not per hour. Price follows scope: how many products, how many shots, whether animation is involved, and how much modelling the product needs from scratch. A 50% deposit is due before work starts, and the balance within 14 days of the final invoice.
