This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and honest — no unnecessary legal jargon.
01 Introduction
AVREA is a CGI & animation studio operated by two individuals, Donatas Šimulynas and Maksym Krylov, based in Warsaw, Poland (EU).
AVREA is not a registered legal entity. Donatas Šimulynas and Maksym Krylov act as the data controllers responsible for the personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at avrea.contact@gmail.com.
02 What data we collect
- Contact form data. When you submit our contact or "Start a project" form, we collect the name, email address and message content you choose to provide. This is shared voluntarily.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand general site traffic. Plausible is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it collects no personal data and does not track visitors across websites.
03 How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To understand general, anonymous site traffic and improve the website (via Plausible).
- We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing.

05 Cookies
This website uses only minimal, essential functionality and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless.
Some embedded third-party tools — such as Calendly, and YouTube where videos are embedded — may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
06 Data retention
We keep contact inquiries only as long as needed to communicate with you and manage potential projects. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.
07 Your rights (GDPR)
